Pudding (avocado)

This is our favourite healthy dessert!
The kiddos like to help make it. They add the ingredients and press the buttons on the blender, and since I rarely measure ingredients after the first time making something, they do lots of taste testing!
There's a bunch of different recipes online if you look.
Here is basically how we made our two different batches tonight. But how we make this really does change a bit every time.

Batch #1 chocolate banana avocado

3 ripe avocados
1 banana
2 -3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
2 -3 tablespoons sweetener (we used a mix of maple syrup and agave)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons real vanilla
1/4 cup water
Blend til creamy and delicious!

Pudding #2
2 avocados
3 tablespoons total of nut or seed butter. We used peanut butter and pumpkin seed butter.
2 tablespoons natural sweetener (ie maple syrup, rice syrup, agave, honey ..)
Water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
1 teaspoon real vanilla

Blend and serve

Again
Please know I DON'T MEASURE
These are guesses of what the kids and I did a couple hours ago

We usually go the cocoa-banana route but we got creative and really loved the choco pb kind!!!
Also these are fantastic without the banana or nut butters.

And they are even better when you freeze them into Popsicle moulds!
Kids love them! (most) They are a great summer treat!

Get creative!! How do you switch up this recipe!!?
Have you made this?
Who loves it?!
Gimme some feedback ;)

As much as this blog is for me to record the lives of our family; I'd really love to hear from you- so that it isn't so one sided. Thanks for reading & commenting.
